HOW TO USE

Take required quantity of Kerala Ayurveda Bala Thailam in a bowl. Gently massage the affected area in slow circular motion and let the skin absorb the oil. Leave it on for 30 mins and then wash with warm water and pat dry. For best results warm the oil and apply.
